KU Student Housing Internet & Cable TV Support

KU partners with Apogee (ResNet) to provide advanced network services and cable TV to campus residence halls, scholarship halls and on-campus apartments.

Apogee provides support 24/7 via email and phone: support@myresnet.com | 855-643-2149. Visit Apogee's myResNet student portal for more information and to sign up for Internet access and cable TV service in KU student housing.

Technology Support Centers

KU IT provides a diverse range of campus technology support to KU faculty and staff via our courteous and knowledgeable technology support staff. Support staff are managed by KU IT via our Technology Support Centers (TSC) and conveniently located in close proximity to their customers.

TSC staff provide a single point of contact for services including computer setup and installation, workstation maintenance, application support, peripheral support, network support, personal and group file storage, and technology planning and recommendation.
