Self-help ticketing system and Knowledge Base

When you contact us, our goal is to get you an answer as quickly as possible. This may mean that our representatives may have to create a record of your request, which sends a confirmation to your KU email address. The record contains a summary of your service request and the current status, which you can review by clicking the link in the confirmation email. 

If you like to do-it-yourself, search our self-help articles at knowledgebase.ku.edu, where you can find the most up-to-date instructions for adding email to your phone, downloading and installing Microsoft Office at no cost, and connecting to Jayhawk Wireless.
